PHILADELPHIA – Jordan Manning and Noreen Mulledy have joined the Temple University Athletics staff as Strategic Communications Coordinators, announced Senior Associate Athletics Director for Strategic Communications Larry Dougherty.

"We are extremely fortunate to add two rising stars in the strategic communications field in Jordan Manning and Noreen Mulledy," said Dougherty. "Both bring a wealth of experience to Temple and will be able to utilize that to promote and publicize out student-athletes across all platforms."

Manning, who will be the primary strategic communications contact for fencing, field hockey and women's lacrosse at Temple, has accumulated four years of experience in athletic communications at the NCAA Division I level.  The 2016 Georgia State University graduate served as the men's tennis and women's soccer contact while interning with her alma mater's sports communications office during her senior year.  Upon graduation, she spent the next two years as a graduate assistant in the GSU sports communications office, where she added additional duties, including men's soccer, while earning her master's degree in sport administration.

In 2018, the Powder Springs, Ga. native was a communications assistant at Arkansas, where she was the primary contact for volleyball, swimming and diving and women's tennis.

"I am very excited to join Temple Athletics and to work with the amazing staff, coaches and student-athletes," said Manning. "I look forward to promoting my sports as well as the department as a whole, sharing the positive stories of our Owls."

Mulledy, who will be Temple's primary contact for women's basketball, cross country and men's and women's tennis during the spring season, has worked on the communications staff at three different institutions.   The Milford, Mass. native first experience came during her senior year at Roanoke College ('17), where she assisted with field hockey, soccer and volleyball.  Upon graduation, she served as an athletic communications intern in the spring of 2018 at Endicott College, serving as the primary men's tennis contact.

Most recently, Mulledy worked as the assistant director of athletic communications for Stevens Institute of Technology for the 2018-19 academic year.  In her role at Stevens, she served as the primary communications contact for 10 varsity sports while also coordinating the video streams for the department's home athletic events.

"I am truly excited to be a part of the Temple Owls family," said Mulledy. "I look forward to working with the staff and coaches to promote the achievements of our outstanding student-athletes, both on the field and in the classroom."
