Quotable
"Today's game was really a matter of our mental state. We prepared all week on the turf field and the most important thing we talked was preparing our minds for the surface. We didn't allow any complaining and I think it truly played a role in today's success. We really wanted this win for our ladies so they could feel like all the hard work they have been putting in matters. Georgetown was a very gritty team and really tested our discipline. Regardless, coming out on top in overtime for our first Big East win since 2016 is something I'm truly proud of. We have a long way to go but this journey is just getting started." – Temple head coach Susan Ciufo
