From the Coach
> "We came up here today and ran the most complete race as a team this year," stated head coach James Snyder. "From one to five that's about as good as we have competed, and I still think there's some holes that we can fill moving forward to be in an even better place two weeks from now when we go down to Memphis for the conference championship."
> "Grace was a huge highlight today as she hung in and fought in the top-10, which is a huge step forward from when we were at Ohio State," reflected Snyder. "For Millie, this was the best cross country race of her career, which bodes well as we head toward the conference championships."
> "I'm confident that in a month when we compete in regionals that we can take another step in the right direction."
Up Next
> The Owls will compete for an American Athletic Conference title on November 1st in Memphis, Tenn.
