AIKEN, S.C. - Temple men's golf will play its second tournament of the spring season at the 22nd Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate March 11-12. The event will take place at the Palmetto Golf Club on a par-70, 6,617-yard course. The 18-team tournament will consist of 36 holes on Monday and conclude with 18 holes on Tuesday. Both days will begin with shotgun starts.

Tournament Notes

> Besides Temple, the field includes host USC Aiken, Akron, Army West Point, Charleston Southern, Clemson, Francis Marion, Furman, Memphis, Presbyterian College, Rhode Island, South Carolina, UAB, VCU, Virginia, William & Mary, Winthrop and Wofford.
> Temple's five golfers will be Trey Wren, John Barone, Conor McGrath, Gary McCabe and Erik Reisner.
> Wren, who recorded his third top five finish of the season at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate, leads the Owls with a 71.4 stroke average.
> Barone (73.2) also enters play with three top five finishes.
