WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – After a two-week layoff, Temple Golf will take part in the Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate this Sunday through Tuesday at the par-71, 6,817-yard Golden Horseshoe Gold Course. The three-day, 54-hole tournament will feature 20 teams.

- Senior Trey Wren leads the Owls with a team-best 71.62 stroke average. He has posted five Top 10 finishes, including three in the Top 5, this season.
- Redshirt senior John Barone is close behind Wren with a 72.57 stroke average. He has three Top 5 finishes, including sharing the City 6 title.
- Redshirt junior Erik Reisner (74.52) and senior Gary McCabe (75.00) have played all 21 rounds this season for the Owls while senior Sam Soeth (75.60) rounds out the Temple squad at the tournament.
- Besides Temple, the field consists of Binghamton, Campbell, Drake, Eastern Kentucky, Fairleigh Dickinson, Longwood, Loyola, Mount St. Mary's, Ohio, Old Dominion, Penn, Radford, St. Bonaventure, St. Francis (Pa.), St. Peter's, VCU, William & Mary, and Youngstown State
