> "We couldn't ask for a much better first half out of our team. Coming into it we knew it was going to be a really difficult game but we certainly had a sense of maybe we can get this done today. Then Florida came out and opened up that lead with some draw controls and good shooting down the stretch. There's a lot we can take out of today and every game matters in our conference. It was a good day overall and we had terrific weather, we just would have liked a different result at the end. I'm hoping this game prepared us a little bit more to compete and win next weekend."

> The Owls will play two straight road games, starting with a 1 p.m. game at AAC foe UConn on Saturday, April 6.
