MANCHESTER, Conn.— Temple men's tennis (5-5, 1-1 AAC) was a force in Saturday morning's victory over UConn, as the team blanked the Huskies (7-7, 0-2 AAC), 7-0.

Match Notes
> The Owls were dominant from start to finish, beginning with doubles. Temple won the point with victories from the No. 31 pair of Alberto Caceres Casas/Mark Wallner at first doubles as well as Uladzimir Dorash and Paolo Cucalon in the third spot.
> Heading into singles with the 1-0 advantage, the Owls did not let up. Cucalon and Juan Araoz downed their opponents at fourth and third singles, respectively, to put the team up 3-0.
> Temple clinched the match with a win from Dorash in the No. 2 spot.
> A three-set victory from Mark Wallner at first singles improved his record to 8-1 on the season.
> Enzo Brida downed his opponent in the six spot and Eric Biscoveanu rallied for the win at fifth singles in a three-set contest.
