Men's Soccer Moves Rutgers Match to August 29

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple University Men's Soccer season will open one day earlier than initially announced, as the Owls will now host Rutgers on Thursday, August 29 at 7 pm. The match was originally slated for Friday, August 30. Temple was able to move the match up one day due to a change to the NCAA official start date.

Temple will play three exhibition matches before its season opener against Rutgers. The Owls travel to the defending NCAA Champion Maryland Terrapins on Aug. 18 (1 pm) before hosting Rider the next evening (Aug. 19, 7 pm). Temple concludes its exhibition slate on the road at Stony Brook on August 24.
