From the Coach
> "We had a handful of good performances for our second competition of 2020," said head coach Elvis Forde. "The DMR was really a highlight for us, it wasn't their best race but they came together and got it done. Millie had an indoor personal record in the the 800m, Helene had one in the mile and Mikaela broke 5:00 for the first time in the mile, so it was a good day for them. Aisha had a solid performance in the high jump as well. We still have a great deal of work to do, but we are on par to hit our goals for the season so now we will keep working hard and work to keep everyone healthy and the rest will take care of itself."
Up Next
> The Owls will be back in action on Saturday, Feb. 1 to compete at the Villanova Invitational. Competition will begin at 4 p.m. at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Staten Island, N.Y.
