Bolukbasi Earns American Weekly Honor Roll Nod

PHILADELPHIA -- Temple junior Miray Bolukbasi earned a spot on the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the first week of the 2020-21 season.
Bolukbasi recorded just her third career double-double to lead the Owls to a 3-2 come-from-behind win over Morgan State in Saturday's season opener. The outside hitter racked up a match-high 18 kills while adding 10 digs in the five set win. Bolukbasi finished with 19.5 points, a match best, while adding a block.
Temple is 1-0 on the season and returns to action with two matches against La Salle this weekend. Friday night's match begins at 5:00 p.m., while Saturday's starts at 3:00 p.m.
