Liam Cummings Named to AAC and Philly Soccer Six Honor Roll

IRVING, Texas- Liam Cummings is the latest Temple men's soccer player to be named to the American Athletic Conference weekly honor roll after an impressive week. For Cummings, it is the first time he has earned AAC honors in his career. Cummings also named to the first edition of this season's Philly Soccer Six Honor Roll.
The goalkeeper starred in Temple's 2-0 win over Princeton. Cummings racked up eight saves in a shutout victory over the Princeton Tigers. It is Cummings first career clean sheet. In the following match against USF, the sophomore made three more saves, bringing his total on the season to 23. His 3.83 saves per match ranks second among active goalkeepers in the conference.
Temple (2-6-2) will be back in action Saturday at 8 p.m. as they travel to face No. 6 Tulsa (9-1-0) in an AAC showdown. The match will be streamed on ESPN+.
