NORFOLK, Va. - The Temple field hockey team fell 2-0 at No. 15 Old Dominion Friday afternoon. With the loss, the team drops to 7-8 (3-3 BIG EAST) while the Monarchs improve to 12-3 (5-1 BIG EAST).
Recapping the Game
> Both teams used the first quarter to feel each other out, with ODU firing the lone shot of the quarter.
> The Monarchs got on the board at the end of the second quarter as Nicole Fredericks scored a penalty corner attempt.
> Old Dominion put the game away in the third frame, scoring on a penalty stroke.
