From the Coach
> "The women have been training steadily since the summer and are excited to be back racing again," expressed head coach James Snyder. "Conference competition brings out the best from our group and I'll be excited to see how our veterans and newcomers respond on race day. We'll look to match the intensity of our opponents on the starting line while positioning ourselves to compete well throughout the duration of the race. Cross country is the truest team sport and ultimately, our team spread from one-three, one-five and throughout our entire lineup will determine how the team standings shake out."
