Quotable
> "This was our first tournament of the year, and we knew the competition would be strong today against three teams who ended last season ranked. The girls fenced hard, but they just need some experience. We will learn from today and moving forward we will continue to improve. We're looking forward to getting back to practice to prepare for next weekend." – head coach Dr. Nikki Franke
