Fencing to Close Out Regular Season

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple fencing squad is set for their final meet of the regular season, hosting John's Hopkins, NJIT, and Lafayette on Saturday.Â
The Owls are coming off a week-long break after going 3-1 day at the Temple Invitational, defeating Penn State, UNC, and St. John's on senior day.
Margherita Calderaro led the team, going 7-2. Naomi Ross also had a strong meet, finishing with a 6-4 record. Anastasia Yankovskiy and Gretl Merges led the foilists, earning a 5-4 and 5-3 record, respectively. Eva Hinds was the top saberist, going 5-4 on the day.
Temple will open the day at 10 a.m. against John's Hopkins before facing NJIT and Lafayette to close the meet.
