Men's Crew to Race Marist Sunday in Final Tune Up for IRAs

PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple men's crew team, fresh off its first-ever points trophy title at the Dad Vail Regatta, added a race against Marist this Sunday on the Schuylkill River. The race, which starts at 11 a.m., will be a good tune up for the 2021 IRA National Championships on May 28-29.

Previewing Temple
> The varsity eight enters the race fresh off its gold-medal winning performance at the Dad Vail Regatta. The crew remains unbeaten on the season and is currently ranked 10th in the nation.
> The second varsity eight, which placed third at the Dad Vail Regatta, is looking to win its fourth race of the year.
> The third varsity eight will be the Owls' normal freshman eight. That crew also won last weekend at the Dad Vail Regatta.
