The 2021 Most Improved award goes to Nichole Smith!
Hailing from Jacksonville, Fla., Nichole Smith had her best season in Cherry & White in 2021. Prior to this season, the junior had competed just one lineup routine in her career, but this season, she shined, competing nine bar routines for the Owls. Smith hit a career-high 9.825 at Towson in the second to last meet of the regular season, and followed that up with a pair of 9.725+ routines to close the year. She earned her first career conference honor, closing her 2021 campaign with an EAGL All-Tournament team selection.
