10.9.22 | Women's Soccer
CINCINNATI, Ohio– Temple women's soccer (1-7-4, 0-4-0 AAC) fell to the Cincinnati Bearcats (5-1-5, 1-0-2 AAC) on Sunday afternoon. Carly Steinberg scored her second goal of the season in the 61st minute.
How It Happened
"I was very proud of the way our team dug in and fought," head coach Nick Bochette said. "We really toughed it out. We truly didn't have our best stuff early. Cincinnati put us under pressure early and committed to their gameplan. Credit to them, but credit to our team too on how we fought back after the first 15 minutes. We found a way to claw back in the game."
