Aleah Nelson Named to Back-to-Back AAC and Big 5 Weekly Honor Roll

PHILADELPHIA – For the second straight week, Temple women's basketball point guard Aleah Nelson has been named to the AAC and Big 5 Weekly Honor Roll.
Nelson has continued to impress for the Owls this season. The guard averaged 15 points, 4.5 assists, and 2.5 rebounds a game in two games this week. She played her second full 40 of the seasons in Saturday's win over UMBC. She currently ranks 3rd in the American in points (16.0), and is second in both assists (5.5) and assist to TO ratio (+2.32). She also ranks 13th in field goal percentage (.408) and 5th in three-point percentage (.379).
