Mastropietro and Roth Named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll

IRVING, Texas- After a strong showing at No. 11 Princeton, Juniors Belle Mastropietro and Mackenzie Roth have both been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll. For Mastropietro, it is the second time in three weeks she has been named to the honor roll. This is the first time Roth has been honored this season since she was named Preseason All-Conference.
Mastropietro put together an all-around solid performance. She scored three goals and passed for two assists. She also dominated the draw circle with a game-high seven controls. Mastropietro has now scored a hat trick in three out of the four games Temple has played this season and is 3rd in goals per game in the American (3.5).
Roth scored two goals and dished out two assists against the Princeton Tigers. She also scooped two ground balls and caused one turnover. She ranks third in the American with two assists per game and is tenth in points per game (3.25).
Temple will head down south to face Kennesaw State on the road. This will be Temple's first-ever game in the state of Georgia. The match will stream on YouTube.
