NORFOLK, Va. – The Temple men's tennis team dropped to 7-5 overall on the season after a 4-1 loss on Saturday to No. 60 Old Dominion at the Folkes Stevens Tennis Center.

"It was a tough loss for us today," head coach Steve Mauro said. "ODU is a very strong team and we played them close in singles play, but it just didn't go our way. We are really looking forward to getting back after it tomorrow against Norfolk State."

- The Owls and Monarchs started out in doubles play with ODU picking up the first point of the day with consecutive victories out the No. 1 and 2 positions.
- Léo Raquin highlighted the Owls' day with a win in the No. 3 position against Yevhen Sirious, 6-2, 7-6 (7-5), but it wasn't enough as Old Dominion would win three of the four points in singles play for the 4-1 victory.
