BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Temple outdoor track and field campaign came to an end at the NCAA East Regional as Laura Nicholson and Tannekee Strachan failed to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene Ore.
Meet Highlights (NCAA East Regional):
On Thursday, Nicholson raced to a time of 4:31.52 in the 1,500m run as she finished outside the top-24 threshold to advance to the quarterfinals.
Two days later, Strachan laced up her cleats in the triple jump, but failed to finish within the top-12 as she posted a mark of 12.72m.
