The 2022 Most Improved award goes to Mackenzie Aresta!
Hailing from Matawan, N.J., Mackenzie Aresta had her best season with the Cherry and White in 2022. This season Mackenzie completed in 11 meets, all on the vault. On Feb. 25 at No. 29 N.C. State, the sophomore hit a career-high 9.825 as she helped her team to a new school record 49.200 on the apparatus. Mackenzie went on to score 9.7 or better in nine of the 11 meets, including a pair of 9.8-plus routines.
