PHILADELPHIA - Former Temple Owl Brandon Matthews was featured on the Korn Ferry Tour's inaugural episode of its new TOURBound Golf Podcast today. The podcast tell the stories of some of the Korn Ferry Tour's best golfers who earned their PGA Tour cards for the 2022-23 season which Matthews accomplished back in June.

Matthews sat down with host James Nitties to discuss his decision to attend Temple University, his passion for bowling as a young man, and being a Philadelphia sports fan among other topics.

Matthews has enjoyed a splendid season on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2022. He is currently ranked fourth on the tour and earned his PGA Tour card in June after crossing the fail-safe threshold of 875 points at the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX. In February, Matthews won his first career Korn Ferry Tour tournament at the Astara Golf Championship presented by Mastercard.
