Women’s Rowing to Compete at Navy Day Regatta

PHILADELPHIA — The Temple Women's Rowing team is set to compete at its first regatta of the 2023-24 season. The Owls will compete at the Navy Day Regatta on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia on Sunday, Oct. 15.
The regatta is scheduled to begin at 8:40 a.m, with 102 total organizations competing in the collegiate and high school events.

"This a team that loves to race and compete! We have been pushing each other hard since the last week of August and we are excited to line up against some outside competition this Sunday. We're looking forward to putting together a strong team-wide performance across multiple boat classes and gaining valuable experience and information. All of it is important in the pursuit of spring speed and we plan to take full advantage of the opportunity."
