Owls Men's Soccer Hosting USF on Saturday

Temple is riding a two-game win streak.

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple men's soccer team will return home this Saturday to resume AAC play against South Florida at the Temple Sports Complex. The Owls are coming off one of the biggest wins in program history, a 2-1 victory over reigning National Champions and No.10 ranked Syracuse.

News From the Nest
> After going winless through their first eight matches of the season, the Owls have now won two in a row over FAU and the Orange. 
> Rocco Hauefgloeckner's first career goal sealed the win over Syracuse. He found the back of the net in the 89th minute off an assist from Felix Ewald.
> Ewald leads the team with eight total points, all coming in the last four matches.
> Temple sits sixth in the AAC standings at 1-2-1, good for four points. They are one point ahead of the 1-3-0 Bulls.

Scouting USF
> The Bulls are 3-7 overall on the season. They are coming off a 2-1 loss to Charlotte last Sunday after taking their first conference win over Tulsa on Thursday.
> Senior Ajmeer Spengler leads the AAC with four assists, while grad student Jalen Anderson ranks fourth with five goals.

> The Owls are 3-8-1 all-time against USF. They fell 2-1 last year in Tampa.
