Ewald Named AAC Offensive Player of the Week

IRVING, Tex. - Temple men's soccer sophomore Felix Ewald has been named American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league on Monday. It is Ewald's second AAC honor in the month of October.
Ewald led Temple's offensive charge on Friday vs. Tulsa, scoring two of the Owls' five goals and assisting on another. It was his second multi-goal game of the season and his five points a career high and the most for Temple this season. He finished October with five goals and four assists in six games, leading the Owls to a 3-2-1 record in the month.
Ewald ranks fourth in the AAC with six goals and 19 points, and his five assists are third. He and the Owls will close the regular season at SMU this Wednesday night at 8:00 pm ET.
