Tristen Taylor Named to Big 5 Weekly Honor Roll

PHILADELPHIA - Tristen Taylor tied for the game-high with 21 points (8-14 from the field) in Temple 67-65 overtime loss to undefeated and RPI #33 Saint Joseph's. The rookie guard took over the game in the fourth, scoring the last nine straight points for the Owls to force the extra period. The rookie also contributed to Temple's 48-36 rebounding margin with seven, the most for any Owls' freshman since Aniya Gourdine recorded the same number on 2-28-22 against SMU. Her 21 points are the most by a Temple freshman since Jasha Clinton scored 22 on 3-9-21 against Tulane.
