Aleah Nelson Earns Big 5 Weekly Honor Roll

PHILADELPHIA - Temple guard Aleah Nelson has been named to the Big 5 Weekly Honor Roll. This is fifth time she has been honored with a weekly award from the Big 5 Nelson averaged 12 points, 7 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals in a pair of games this at the Briann January Classic this weekend. Saturday against Pacific, she scored a season-high of 17 points and tied her season-high in assists with eight. Nelson scored 13 fourth quarter points to spearhead a 16 point second half comeback, falling just short of completing it. The 31 fourth quarter points Temple scored are the most since Xavier on 11-14-19.
