PHILADELPHIA – The Temple men's tennis team (1-2) won their first match of the 2023 spring season as they beat the Monmouth Hawks (2-1) by a final of 6-1 on Saturday afternoon.

Notes:

Marin Delmas and Gregoire Barety secured their first doubles victory of the spring. They sparked Temple from that point on as Gorregues and El Tawil secured the doubles point just two matches later.
Alexander Zuckerman got the better of Hussein El Tawil from the No. 6 position in singles play finishing first and tying the match 1-1, but Temple came back strong winning every other point to follow in singles play.
