Tiarra East Named to AAC Honor Roll

IRVING, Tex - Temple wing Tiarra East has been named to the American Athletic Conference weekly honor roll for the final week of the season. This is the third time this season East has been honored by the conference.Â
The Louisville, Kentucky native put up a game-high 21 points and six rebounds, to go with three steals in Temple 68-62 win over SMU on Wednesday night. 11 of her points came in the fourth quarter. Temple will be back in action on Monday at 2 p.m. as the Owls face the Wichita State Shockers on the first round of the AAC Conference Tournament.
