Lacrosse Falls to Cincinnati, 12-9
4.1.23 | Women's Lacrosse
CINCINNATI – Temple lacrosse (5-6, 0-2 AAC) dropped to Cincinnati (9-4, 2-1 AAC) on the road on Saturday afternoon by a final score of 12-9. The Owls were led by senior Belle Mastropietro, who posted five points on two goals and three assists.
Recapping the Game
"It was a hard fought game today," Head Coach Bonnie Rosen said. "Looking back, our slow start to begin the game coupled with a slow start out of the half really hurt us. I know that if we could have strung together a few more moments, the game would have ended differently. One big bright spot on the day was freshman Kat Beilinski coming in to play for an injured Taylor Moncman. She stepped up big and played a really good defensive game for us."
