How it Happened
> Saint John's opened the scoring quickly with a goal in transition in just the second minute. They made it three in a row over the first 15 minutes of play, including a penalty kick conversion in the tenth minute.
> Medill scored from well inside the box in the 18th minute. Juan Zepeda and Rocco Haeufgloeckner were each credited with an assist on the play.
