- Mashburn Jr. stemmed the tide, converting on a four-point play to ignite an 11-0 spurt and give the Owls their largest lead of the game at 46-26.

- Jameel Brown drained a triple to put the score at 72-46 with 12 minutes to go, and another from downtown to make it 83-55 with 6:40 on the clock.
- From there, the only thing that remained in doubt was if Temple would hit the 100-point mark, which happened when Christian Tomasco hit a free throw with 57.5 left.
- Mashburn scored his 25 points on just 15 shots (10-15), including a 3-for-4 performance from three-point range.

- The Owls return home for their first Big 5 pod game of the season as they host Drexel at the Liacouras Center on Tuesday, November 12.
- Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., with all of the action airing live on ESPN+.
