Champagne Named to Haiti U-20 National Team

PORT-AU-PRINCE, HAITI - Freshman defender Alex Champagne has been selected to Haiti's U-20 national team and will compete with the team at this year's CONCACAF U-20 Championships.
Haiti will start pool play on February 23 against the Cayman Islands. They will also face off against Puerto Rico and the host nation of Saint Kitts & Nevis.
Champagne joins fellow Owls Andrew Kempe (Bermuda) and Kemali Green (Jamaica) to suit up in international competition. He played in seven matches during his freshman season for Temple, including in all three of the Owls' wins.
