Donabedian Named EAGL Gymnastics Specialist Of The Week

PHILADELPHIA - On Wednesday, the East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) announced that Temple's Brooke Donabedian as the Specialist of the Week. Donabedian earned a first-place finish with a career-high score on beam and helped the Owls to a season-high 49.175.
Competing in her last regular season meet of her career at New Hampshire, Donabedian started her day with a career-high 9.925, the highest score by any Owl this season, and anchored the Owls to a meet-best and season-high 49.175. The Maple Valley, Wash. native's score is the second-best score in school history, tying with three individuals. Donabedian followed up with a 9.875 on floor, marking the 10th time overall, and the seventh straight meet this season she would go on to score better than a 9.850.

This season, Donabedian has earned the EAGL Specialist of the Week on two occasions and three instances during her career.

Donabedian and her Owls teammates will head to Towson for Saturday, March 24th's EAGL Championships at the Towson Arena.
