Women’s Rowing to Compete Against Philadelphia Schools at Kelly Cup

PHILADELPHIA — The Temple Women's Rowing team is set to compete on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia at the Kelly Cup on Saturday, April 26.
The Kelly Cup Regatta includes Temple, St. Joseph's, Drexel, La Salle, and Jefferson. Both the Temple Women's Rowing and Men's Crew teams will honor their seniors prior to the regatta. The Owls honored seniors are: Rose Biddulph, Sebastiana Lopez, Madelyn Fox, Giselle Kiriacos, and Rachel Dunford.
Last Time Out
The Owls competed at the Kerr Cup on the Schuylkill River. Temple's most notable performance came in the 2nd Varsity 8, who won the Kerr Cup for the first time since 2016. The Owls clocked in at 6:59.5, defeating Drexel, La Salle, Fairfield, Old Dominion, and Monmouth.
