Men's Soccer Announces 2024 Schedule

PHILADELPHIA – Head Coach Bryan Green has announced the 2024 schedule for Temple men's soccer. The Owls have a 16-game slate including a full set of games against American Athletic Conference opponents.
Temple start the season with three contests in a row at home in a span of eight days, opening with UMSA West Point on Aug. 22. Following that, TU takes on Villanova (Aug. 25) and Monmouth (Aug. 29 ) at the friendly confines of the Temple Sports Complex.
September opens with four consecutive road games, beginning on Labor Day (Sept. 2) at American in a game that will be played at the Maryland Soccerplex in Boyds, Md. While not playing at home, the Owls don't have to go far for the next two, traveling across the city to face Penn on Sept. 6 and Drexel on Sept. 10. Temple faces a stern test to close the stretch, heading to Ohio to play perennial national power Akron on Sept. 14.
TU opens AAC play at home against Charlotte on Sept. 21 before a Philadelphia Soccer Six matchup at Saint Joseph's on Sept. 24. The month closes with a road contest at Florida Atlantic on Sept. 29.
October opens in the Sunshine State on the fifth with a battle against Florida Atlantic. Temple then comes home for two matches, hosting Memphis (Oct. 12) and Mercyhurst (Oct. 15). Closing out AAC play, the Owls travel two UAB on Oct. 19 and Tulsa on Nov. 1, sandwiched around a home date versus Florida International on Oct. 26.
The American Athletic Conference Championship gets underway on Nov. 8 on campus sites with the semifinals and finals on Nov. 13 and 16 at the site of the top seed.
