Women's Soccer Delivers Strong Effort at Wake Forest

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Temple women's soccer battled until the last minute before being dealt a setback in the second half, leading to a 4-0 final score.
The Owls started the match with an aggressive first half, combined with great defensive stops by captain Phoebe Hollin and two shots on goal. After being slowed in the first half, Wake Forest found the back of the net in the 70th minute and 76th minute.
Sophomore goalkeeper Tamsin Bynoe tallied seven saves.
The Owls continue their road game stretch against Iona on Thursday, Aug. 29th. The two teams will face off at 4:00 p.m. with the match streaming on ESPN+.
