PHILADELPHIA - The Temple men's soccer team fell to No. 19 Charlotte on Saturday night from the Temple Sports Complex 1-0. With the win, the 49ers improved to 6-0-2, while the Owls dropped to 2-4-2.
BY THE NUMBERS
- Aaron Markowitz's shot in the second half was his seventh of the season. This places him second on the team, only trailing Elias Betancourt, who has eight.
- Andrew Kempe recorded five saves. This is his second-highest mark of the season, just one shy of his six-save performance against Drexel.
- Diego Diaz played all 90 minutes. This is the third straight contest where Diaz has not come off the field.

- The match got off to a quick start, with three combined shot attempts in the first fifteen minutes.
