PHILADELPHIA - The Temple women's soccer was upended 3-2 by Tulsa on Sunday afternoon from Temple Sports Complex, as Yao Zhou and Shari Atkins each found the back of the net for the Owls. With the loss, the Owls' record fell to 2-10-0 while Tulsa improved to 5-5-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Temple got off to an aggressive start offensively, taking three shots through the first 16 minutes.
Yao Zhou put the Owls on the board in the 18th minute, scoring her second goal of the season and setting a career-high with three shots on goal.
Shari Atkins scored next for the Owls in the 44th minute off an assist from Sumaya Togba, finishing the first half with three shots taken.

Shari Atkins netted her third goal of the season for TU, the most on the team.
The Owls set a season-high in shots on goal and corner kicks, with ten and four respectively.
Carly Steinberg took a season-high four shots through the match. She is second on the team in shots on goal with seven.
