Owls Prepare for Matchup with No. 4 Memphis

PHILADELPHIA - Temple women's soccer travels to face No. 4 Memphis on Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Murphy Soccer/Track & Field Complex. The Owls are coming off a 1-0 victory over UAB on Thursday night in Birmingham.

Ariana Gronauer scored the lone goal in Thursday night's win against UAB. Gronauer leads the Owls in scoring with four goals this season.
The victory over UAB snapped a 37-game conference losing streak — Temple's first conference win since 2021, when the Owls defeated Houston.
It also marked Temple's first road conference victory since 2018, when the Owls beat Houston 3-2 in extra time.
Goalkeeper Tamsin Bynoe recorded seven saves in the 1-0 shutout.

No. 4 Memphis enters Sunday's match with a 14-0-2 record and an 8-0-1 mark in conference play. The Tigers are currently riding a seven-game win streak dating back to September 25, when they defeated USF 3-0.
