Men’s Tennis Faces Morgan State on the Road in Baltimore

BALTIMORE - Men's tennis continue their road slate with a trip to Baltimore, where they will face Morgan State University on Saturday, February 15. Set for a 2:45 PM start, the matchup presents another opportunity for Temple to test itself against non-conference competition.

SCOUTING TEMPLE:
- Senior Martim Marujo led the charge with a commanding 6-2, 6-4 victory over Howard's Marcel Dawson, setting the tone for the Owls.
- The most hard-fought battle came from Adam Kresina, who showed grit in a come-from-behind 3-6, 6-1, 10-7 victory over Michael Major. Temple's strong singles performances secured a 4-1 team win over Howard.
- Against Bryant University, Aayush Bhat delivered a clutch performance, defeating Raissi in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4. Alberto Blumenschein added another key point for the Owls, prevailing 6-2, 7-5 over Marcus Macaulay.
SCOUTING MORGAN STATE
- Morgan State looks to bounce back from a 4-0 loss to Bucknell, where they dropped the doubles point and struggled in singles play. Makkijha Brown (No. 2), Majdi Ben Abdelwehid (No. 4), Mohamed Ridha Ghettas (No. 5), and Anthony Parris (No. 6) fell in straight sets, winning just nine total games. Liam Kilmer (No. 3) was up a set when play was halted, while Amar Tahirovic (No. 1) looked to rally after dropping his first set.
