  • Erden Er, from Turkey, added another point for Temple with a win at No. 5 singles, leveling the match at 3-3.
  • The Owls secured the doubles point with strong performances at the No. 1 and No. 2 spots. The pairs of Marujo and Adam Kresina, along with Russo and Maj Najvirt Kolaric, clinched the 4-3 win for Temple.

SCOUTING DELAWARE

SCOUTING PORTLAND
  • Portland men's tennis enters the ITA rankings at No. 72, marking their first appearance since 2017. With a 3-3 record, including a win over No. 65 Utah State, the Pilots aim to stay in the rankings and improve their performance against tough teams like UC Irvine and Temple.

SCOUTING UC IRVINE
  • UC Irvine men's tennis battled hard but ultimately fell 4-0 to No. 6 Stanford, snapping their three-match win streak. Despite strong performances from Noah Zamora and Andy Nguyen at the top of the singles lineup, who each pushed their opponents to third sets, they couldn't secure a comeback.

SCOUTING UC RIVERSIDE
  • UC Riverside secured a 4-2 victory over undefeated Azusa Pacific to improve to 2-2 at home. The Highlanders took the doubles point, with wins from Aarav Sane/Lucas Ibarrondo Suarez and Alexey Efremov/Lucas Mszyca. The Tritons battled in the final two matches, but Grand Canyon clinched the win. UC San Diego will look to improve consistency moving forward.
