News & Notes

Following a 74-66 victory over Memphis, Temple looks to split the series against South Florida.
Jaleesa Molina (12 points), Tarriyonna Gary (10 points), Kaylah Turner (12 points), and Anissa Rivera (12 points) scored in double figures for the Owls.
Gary had 10 points in the first half, marking her fourth game with double digits in the first half. Gary has scored double figures in eight straight games, dating back to a 21-point outing against Tulsa.
Molina had 10 points in the second half against Memphis, going 5-10 from the floor with five rebounds.
The Owls had 13 turnovers in the second half after having five turnovers in the first. Temple won the rebound battle in the first half, outrebounding Memphis 20-17 with 10 second-chance shots.
The Owls will be back in the Liacouras Center on Tuesday to take on UAB.

Scouting the Bulls

The Bulls head to Philadelphia following a 65-58 victory over North Texas on February 1st.
Vittoria Blasigh (15 points), L'or Mputu (14 points), and Carla Brito (12 points) were the leading scorers for USF against North Texas.
South Florida shot 44.8% from the field against North Texas, making 26-58 from the floor. The Bulls went 2-11 from behind the arc, having an 18.2% three-point percentage.
USF had 16 assists while North Texas had 7 assists in the matchup in Tampa.
On February 4th, South Florida defeated the Owls 65-56, where Sammie Puisis had 26 points and went 10-19 from the field.
South Florida currently sits in second place in the AAC standings with an 8-2 record.
