Ariana Meriedy Signs with Temple Women's Basketball

PHILADELPHIA - Temple women's basketball head coach Diane Richardson announced the signing of Ariana Meriedy on Wednesday.
Ariana Meriedy, from Clinton, Maryland, played in a total of 65 games at Riverdale Baptist. Meriedy averaged 11.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game during her time at Riverdale Baptist. In her senior year, Meriedy improved to 13.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game, contributing to their 24-12 season. She also surpassed the 1,000-point milestone for her high school career.
