PHILADELPHIA – The Temple women's basketball team (6-7, 0-1 American) came up short against UTSA (7-6, 1-0 American) to open the New Year. Tristen Taylor led the Owls in scoring with 18 points, going 5-for-12 from the field and 2-for-5 from behind the arc.
