Owls Fly To Lehigh To Compete In Paul Short Run
10.1.26 | Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country
PHILADELPHIA - The Temple Cross country teams will race Friday October 2nd, in the Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University. After a two week hiatus, the Owls look to put on a strong performance in an extremely competitive field. The mens race will start at 11 a.m, and the women's race will start at 11:45 a.m.
Previewing The Owls
The top performer for the men last year was Noé Sengel, where he ran a time of 25:19.6 in the 8k, he finished 216 out of 344 runners.
On the women's side, Rose Tuomisto led the way for the Owls with a time of 22:30.1 in the 6k, and finished 252 out of 338 runners.

The Field
The Owls will be competing in the top division, gold, with other division 1 schools. The men will compete in a field of 38 schools, and the women will be competing in a field of 40 schools.
