#1. Aleah Nelson, a graduate of Temple University in 2024, has been making waves in the professional basketball scene in the Czech Republic. Nelson now plays for SBS Ostrava and recently led her team to a remarkable victory over the league leader, Chomutov, with a score of 90-74 in the Czech Republic Renomia Zenska Basketbolova Liga. In a standout performance on Sunday night, Nelson was named the MVP of the game after scoring an impressive 19 points in just 20 minutes of play.The game between SBS Ostrava and Chomutov was a highly anticipated matchup between two top-3-ranked teams in group Places 1-5, further highlighting Nelson's impact on the court. Despite it being her first year with the team, Nelson has been consistently delivering outstanding performances throughout the season. Her contributions extend beyond scoring, as she also recorded 2 rebounds and 1 assist in the crucial victory over Chomutov. In a recent game of the Portuguese Liga Feminina de Basquetebol, Anissa Rivera, a graduate of Temple in 2025 who now plays professionally in Portugal, led Quinta dos Lombos to an impressive victory over the eighth-ranked Sporting team with a final score of 80-69. Rivera's performance included scoring 11 points, securing 3 rebounds, and distributing 4 assists in just 30 minutes of play. As a result, her team, Quinta dos Lombos, which currently holds the top spot in the league with a record of 20-2, continues to dominate the competition with Rivera's valuable contributions. Rivera's consistent performance throughout the season is evident in her solid statistics of 10.4 points per game, 6.5 rebounds per game, 2.0 assists per game, and 1.4 steals per game over the course of 21 games.

 

   #4. Tanaya Atkinson, a 6'0'' guard and 30-year-old Owls alumna from the class of 2018, currently competes professionally in Spain. She contributed significantly to CAB Estepona Jardin de la Costa del Sol's triumph over Gran Canaria, with a resounding scoreline of 106-78 in the Spanish Liga Femenina Endesa. Despite scoring just 3 points and making 5 assists in 11 minutes of play. CAB Estepona Jardin de la Costa del Sol, currently positioned tenth in the league with a record of 12-15, has been on a winning streak, clinching their third consecutive victory. The team's recent successes have placed them in a promising position with only three games remaining in the regular season. Every upcoming match is now crucial for their standing in the league. Atkinson's performance against Gran Canaria was pivotal in securing the win for her team, showcasing her skills and determination. Throughout this season, Atkinson has maintained an average of 4.2 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game across 13 appearances.

 

   #5. Tiarra East, a 5'10'' guard who graduated from Temple University in 2025, currently plays professionally in the United Kingdom. In a recent game in the British Women's Super League Basketball, she led Manchester to a resounding 95-60 victory against the Archers (0-15). East showcased her skills by scoring 12 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, and providing 7 assists in just 23 minutes of play. Despite Manchester Basketball's current sixth-place standing in the league with a record of 7-8. With only three games remaining in the regular season, each match becomes increasingly crucial for the team's playoff aspirations. Throughout the season, East has maintained impressive statistics, averaging 13.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.7 steals per game across 15 appearances.
