AMBLER, PA - The Owls dominated in Friday afternoons race in the Temple Invitational, taking first place for both Men's and Women's competitions. In the women's 4k, Freshmen Olivia DiGateano ran a time of 15:29. Accompanying her in the top 5 were 3 other Owls, Sophmore Rose Tuomisto, Sophomore Dagny Shiffler, and Freshmen Maria Ésteves-Vázquez. The men also showed their talent taking first place with 15 points. They were led by Senior Noé Sengel who ran a 20:48. Joining him in the top 5 was Xavier May, Francesco Candiani, Nasir Bakari, and Freshmen Stephen Keller.

The men are back in action September 18th where they will travel to Huntsville, Ala., to compete in the Southern Showcase. While the women will travel to Montgomery, N.Y. on the 19th to compete in the Jasper Fall XC Invitational.
